The weekend offers up to 4,000 excited guests a wide range of events and activities starting on Friday afternoon and finishing up with a good hearty breakfast on Sunday morning. 🏕️ SIX TIPS TO CHECKING IN! 🏕️
We're nearly there! Before you load up the caravan and hit the road, here's a few things to help make your arrival at KBR as smooth as possible.

🌧️ We've had a little more rain than we'd like this close to race weekend! The grounds are currently too wet for us to finish marking out the camping bays, so we're asking everyone to avoid arriving on Wednesday if possible.
If you do arrive Wednesday, we'll do our best to accommodate you. Alternatively, there's a FREE RV stop in town, with overflow parking available at the town oval if it's full.

1️⃣ HAVE YOUR TICKETS READY! Download your tickets to your phone before leaving town. Reception at the track can be a little ordinary!
2️⃣ CAMPING FEES: Wednesday and Thursday camping is $50 per vehicle, per night. Cash or card accepted. Friday and Saturday camping is included in your event ticket.
3️⃣ LITTLE RACEGOERS: Children under 12 will receive an armband. Pop your mobile number or campsite details on it so we can help reunite you if anyone goes wandering.
4️⃣ GET CHECKED IN: Once your tickets are scanned, you'll receive your event wristband. Keep it on for the weekend!
5️⃣ FIND YOUR SPOT: Once checked in, please wait at the camping gate. Our volunteers will es**rt you to a camping bay and help get you settled. Please don't head off and find your own spot! We also ask that you do not reserve bays as this makes the parking process for everyone else more time consuming. If you’re coming as a group please arrive together where possible.
6️⃣ REMEMBER WHERE YOU PARKED! A few thousand people and a sea of caravans can make finding your campsite interesting after dark. Check out the Event Guide for tips on remembering your location.

Please be patient with our volunteers. They're working hard to get everyone settled while Mother Nature throws a few extra challenges our way! ❤️

A little heads-up before race weekend! 💰🍻 Not every bar and outlet works the same way, so here's how to avoid getting caught short.

💳 CASH OR CARD – Accepted at our food outlets, merchandise shop and The Shed Bar.
🍺 MAIN BAR – DRINK TICKETS ONLY – On Saturday, grab your drink tickets from the booths alongside the Main Bar. Tickets are $2 each, and you can pay with cash or card.
🍻 THE SHED BAR – Cash or card on Friday. On Saturday, cash, card AND drink tickets are accepted.
🐎 TAB – CASH ONLY – Make sure you've got some cash in your pocket before placing your bets!
🐴 MINI TIN HORSE AUCTION – CASH ONLY – Planning to bid on one of our six Mini Tin Horses? Bring your cash and help us raise money for the RFDS!

🏦 NEED CASH? Our KBR Bank will have cash-out facilities available at the track, proudly supported by Community Bank Kulin. A huge thanks to the team for helping keep things running smoothly! 🙌

ONE WEEK TO GO!! 🏇🍻🎶
The countdown is well and truly ON! In less than a week, this quiet little paddock will be packed with thousands of people, live music, racing, fireworks and a whole lot of good times!

The crew is flat out putting the finishing touches on what’s shaping up to be another cracking weekend. Now, if someone could have a word with the weather gods after today’s effort, that’d be great! 🌧️😂 Fingers crossed for some sunshine! 🤞☀️

Camping at KBR? Here’s the stuff worth knowing before you roll through the gate. 🏕️
⚡ No powered sites or water connections.
🔇 Quiet generators can be used between 9am–9pm.
📍 Camp only within designated areas and keep your setup inside your marked bay.
🏎️ 8km/h speed limit throughout the campground
🚫 No vehicle movement after dark or at all on Saturday.
🐶 No dogs or other pets anywhere on the grounds.
🔥 Campfires are permitted subject to weather conditions
🔇 Quiet time kicks in at midnight. Have a cracking weekend but remember you’re sharing the paddock with a few thousand other people.

Camping with a crew? Arrive together if you can — it makes it much easier for our volunteers to get you parked together.

This is just the highlights, so make sure you check out the Event Guide for the full list of campground rules before you arrive.

And while we’re all here for a good weekend, the rules are there for everyone’s safety and enjoyment. Failure to comply will result in a warning — ignore that warning and your next ride might be into town with the local police. 🚓😬
