📣 STALLHOLDER EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST NOW OPEN! 📣

The Karuah Timber & Oyster Festival is returning on Saturday, 17th October 2026, and we’re inviting stallholders to register their interest in being part of this year’s event!

We’re looking for a variety of stalls including:
🛍️ Handmade goods
🍴 Food vendors
🎨 Arts & crafts
🌿 Local products
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Community organisations and more!

If you would like to showcase your products or services at this year’s festival, please send us a message or email your expression of interest to [email protected].

🍻 BAR TENDER OPPORTUNITY 🍻

The Karuah Timber & Oyster Festival will once again be offering the festival bar service out for tender for 2026.

If your local community group meets the required licensing and operational criteria and would like to apply, please email us at [email protected] and we’ll provide the relevant information and application details.

Bar facilities will be required from 10:00am to 5:00pm on festival day.

We look forward to hearing from interested parties!

RESCHEDULED AGM - NEW DATE - WE NEED YOU!
New date for the 2026 AGM for the Karuah Timber and Oyster Festival is Tuesday 31 March 2026 at the Karuah RSL Auditorium at 7.00pm. We are urgently looking for new volunteers to join our committee for the year ahead. Without new committee members, our festival is at risk of not proceeding this year, which would be a huge shame due to the longstanding cultural significance that this festival holds. If you're passionate about maintaining this long-standing legacy, we would love to have you join our committee.
