Helpful Information...
Free Shuttle Bus:
We'll have our free shuttle bus going back and forth from the City of Kalamunda Administration Carpark - 2 Railway Road, Kalamunda. First bus leaves the carpark at 9:30am. Last bus leaves the garden festival at 3:15pm. The bus will run roughly every 20 minutes. Thanks to City of Kalamunda.
Parking:
There's minimal parking at Stirk Park. Guests usually use surrounding street parking or park in the townsite then walk down (about a five minute walk). We'll have our usual Plant Crèche in action where guests can leave their purchases, go grab their cars then load up with ease. The City of Kalamunda may have parking inspectors patrolling so please double check you're not blocking anyone's driveways, obstructing footpaths or parking in areas with signage stating no parking. ACROD parking is located along Headingly Road.
Public Transport:
Transperth buses leave every thirty minutes from the High Wycombe Train Station. Here's a link to the Transperth Journey Planner: https://bit.ly/KGFJourneyPlanner.
Dogs:
The City of Kalamunda doesn’t allow dogs in Stirk Park. Our event is fenced and we can’t allow dogs into the garden festival as it breaches our event approval agreement and any future garden festivals may not be given permission to proceed in that location if we don’t adhere to the rules.
Plant Crèche:
We’ll have our popular Plant Crèche service available again. You can leave your purchases at the Plant Crèche and we’ll take good care of them whilst you’re looking around the garden festival and enjoying the guest speaker talks. When you’re leaving the garden festival, go grab your car then come and load up. The Plant Crèche is shown on the map and located along Headingly Road.
EFTPOS:
EFTPOS can be used all around the event. All stalls (except for two) take EFTPOS.
Wheelchair Accessibility:
The garden festival is held in a park and it is wheelchair accessible. There are some concrete paths but the majority of the event is on grass. There is a very gradual slope in some areas. We install a ramp at each event to ensure access to all areas.
Purchase your tickets here: www.tinyurl.com/KGF-HappyGardening.
All tickets are $10. Children 16 years of age and under are free.
Your ticket price includes access to all talks from all our guest speakers.
Note: Ticket numbers are capped during the 10am to 11am peak period for your enjoyment and safety, and they will sell out. Buy your tickets online to secure entry during this period. Gate sales will be available on the day from 11am.
