Tonight, we presented Can Assist Junee with a cheque for $30,000 to assist locals battling cancer. THIS IS WHY WE DO IT!! 🖤💚

🤯 : We can tonight reveal this year’s Junee Poker Run & Blues Night raised an incredible $30,000 for Can Assist Junee — delivering the second-strongest result in the event’s 21-year history! 🥳🙌

🛠️🙌 BACKING THE RIDE, EVERY KILOMETRE OF THE WAY! Behind every great Poker Run is a crew working quietly in the background to make sure everyone gets home safely — and once again, two familiar faces were there when it mattered most 💪

A huge thank you to ANDREW COEN and MITCHELL LAYTON, who returned to the wheel this year to drive the Poker Run’s support vehicles.

Throughout the long, hot day, Andrew and Mitchell were on hand to assist riders with breakdowns, mechanical issues or unexpected hiccups, providing peace of mind for hundreds of participants as the convoy crossed the .

Support roles like this don’t always grab the spotlight, but they are absolutely critical to the smooth and safe running of an event of this scale.

👏 Andrew & Mitchell — thank you again for giving your time, vehicles and energy to support the ride and the cause. The Poker Run simply doesn’t work without people like you! 🖤

We’ve had a few standout stories over the years — but this one just hits different! 😌💚

Pat Cummins has been riding the Junee Poker Run for nearly a decade, quietly rolling in from each year for the cause, the camaraderie, and the community. He’s never chased glory… but this year, the glory found him!

A full-time carer to his wife Jody, Pat took out Best Poker Hand with four threes — and won a whole lot of hearts in the process. He’s the definition of a Poker Run patriot, and we couldn’t be prouder to share his story! 🖤

🎸🎤 WHAT. A. NIGHT. The stage was smokin’ and the Showgrounds were rockin’! 🤘

To our three phenomenal acts — Harry Pratt, Marshall & the Fro, and Radio Velvet — thank you for delivering an electric night of live music and unforgettable moments at this year’s Junee Poker Run & Blues Night! 🔥

🎶 Junee’s own Harry Pratt warmed up the stage with heart and hometown soul 🖤

🎶 Marshall & the Fro took it to the next level with a thunderous blues-rock set 🎸

🎶 Radio Velvet kept the party going late into the night with a high-voltage pub rock finale! ⚡️

Despite the threat of rain, the music didn’t stop — and neither did the crowd! You sang, you danced, and you helped raise vital funds for Can Assist Junee 💚

To each of our bands — your energy, generosity and showmanship were second to none. Thank you for being part of something so special. This night doesn’t happen without you 👏👏👏

🎥🎸 PART 3 HAS LANDED! The Junee Bulletin has dropped the third instalment in their epic video series & this one’s all about THE BLUES NIGHT! 😍🔥

After a massive day on the road, the Showgrounds lit up Saturday night with live music, good vibes, and plenty to celebrate — including the draw of Can Assist Junee's major raffle 💚 and the announcement of this year’s Best Poker Hand winner! ♠️💰

🎶 The evening kicked off with local talent , followed by powerhouse performances from Marshall & the Fro and Radio Velvet, as riders and revellers rocked on under moody skies!

🏆 The coveted Best Poker Hand of the day was won by Pat Cummins, who drew four of a kind — four threes — to take home the $1000 prize! (Coincidentally, the same hand won it last year too…)

Thank you to everyone who stayed, danced, donated, bought raffle tickets and made it a night to remember 🙏
