Ipswich QLD parkrun A free, weekly, timed 5k event every Saturday morning at 7am at Bill Patterson Oval. Everyone is welcome to walk, run or volunteer.

Ipswich QLD parkrun is a FREE weekly timed 5km event for runners and walkers of all standards, which takes place every Saturday at 7am in Limestone Park, Ipswich, QLD, Australia. Ipswich QLD parkrun is FREE and open to people of all standards and ages, both as volunteers and as runners / walkers. We encourage people of every ability to take part, from those taking their first steps in running to O

lympians, from juniors 5 years or older to those with decades of experience. All runners receive encouragement and enjoy being part of a community event open to all standards. Equally, our volunteer teams come from a huge variety of backgrounds and we urge everybody to get involved in organising their local events at least 3 times per year.

194 finishers, 39 first timers, and 41 personal bests — what a way to start the weekend!

Congrats to our first male finisher Mitchell Williams (17:53 — new PB!) and first female finisher Zahley Kennedy (20:44 — new PB!).

A massive thank you to our 14 incredible volunteers who made it all happen — you are the heart of parkrun.
