Ipswich QLD parkrun A free, weekly, timed 5k event every Saturday morning at 7am at Bill Patterson Oval. Everyone is welcome to walk, run or volunteer.

Ipswich QLD parkrun is a FREE weekly timed 5km event for runners and walkers of all standards, which takes place every Saturday at 7am in Limestone Park, Ipswich, QLD, Australia. Ipswich QLD parkrun is FREE and open to people of all standards and ages, both as volunteers and as runners / walkers. We encourage people of every ability to take part, from those taking their first steps in running to O

lympians, from juniors 5 years or older to those with decades of experience. All runners receive encouragement and enjoy being part of a community event open to all standards. Equally, our volunteer teams come from a huge variety of backgrounds and we urge everybody to get involved in organising their local events at least 3 times per year.

A nice mild morning for a run or walk in the park. A big thanks to our volunteers without who the event would not be possible. If you'd like to volunteer but feel a bit overwhelmed, just drop us a message or speak to one of the event team. There are no hard volunteer roles at parkrun.
