‼️ ‼️ CULTURAL NIGHT CANCELED ‼️‼️

Due to the weather forecast for the rest of the afternoon and into the night, we have made the call to cancel our Cultural Night event for today 6pm Friday 21st November 2025 at Ipswich Netball Club.

Please accept our sicere apologies for any inconvenience this may or may have caused.

Everyone’s safety getting to and from our event is our priority.

We will see you all nice and early tomorrow morning for DAY 2 of our event.

Opening Ceremony Program – Saturday 15th November 2025

6:55am – All Nations to assemble on courts 5&6 in full playing uniform – Umpires ready for the first games

7:01am – (Due to noise restrictions) Welcome by Events Manager – Jean Teamoke

7:05am – Opening Prayer by Enuamanu Queensland Chaplain – Rev Teremoana Uea

7:08am – Welcome to Country – Shane Abrum

7:13am – Australian National Anthem – Theme Nation – Cook Islands

7:18am – Reading of Player Oath – Theme Nation – Cook Islands

7:20am – Address by Representative of Ipswich City Council and to Declare the event open – (TBC)

7:25 – Close and first game teams to be at their playing courts.

Based on the weather forecast for this evening and for everyone's safety we have called off our Opening Ceremony for this evening.

Thank you again for your patience while we make sure that everyone's safety for this evening is a priority.

Feel free to come down for your setup. We are still going till 8pm tonight. Drive safely.
