Inverloch parkrun is a FREE weekly timed 5km event for runners of all ages and abilities, which takes place every Saturday at 8am in Inverloch, VIC, Australia. Inverloch parkrun is FREE and open to people of all standards and ages, both as volunteers and as runners / walkers. We encourage people of every ability to take part, from those taking their first steps in running to Olympians, from junior

s 5 years or older to those with decades of experience. All runners receive encouragement and enjoy being part of a community event open to all standards. Equally, our volunteer teams come from a huge variety of backgrounds and we urge everybody to get involved in organising their local events at least 3 times per year.

The sun may be high above the clouds on Saturday, but one way to stay dry would be to volunteer as either a photographer or barcode scanner. Not only can you stay in the shelter but you with bask in the reflected glow of our parkrunners!! Comment below

The beautiful sunrise was the introduction to a fine morning and (as usual) a very enjoyable parkrun. Welcome to all the out-of-towners notable from Darwin and Bundaberg.
Thanks heaps to all the vollies and congrats to Matt Walkerden who clocked up his 25th vollie stint.
