The Art Is... Festival proposes a Special Resolution.
This resolution will be put forward at our Annual General Meeting (AGM):

Proposed Special Resolution:
"That the members of Art Is... Festival agree to wind up the organisation, effective in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Constitution and relevant legislation."
