IT’S LAUNCH DAY!

The countdown to the 2026 Queensland Country Bank Home Hill Harvest Festival officially begins TODAY!

Come along this afternoon for a relaxed, fun-filled afternoon at the Home Hill Community Sports Club as we kick off another fantastic festival season.

Our 2026 Queens are officially out and about!

What a fantastic evening we had at the Burdekin Water Festival Parade! Our three gorgeous 2026 Home Hill Harvest Festival Queens had an absolute ball taking part in their first parade together, and we’re so excited for everything that lies ahead for them over the coming months. (Missing Julea who is representing Lions Club)

A huge congratulations to the Burdekin Water Festival Committee on putting together another wonderful evening. We know just how much work goes on behind the scenes to make events like these happen, and it was fantastic to see the community out enjoying the festivities.

We were also very lucky to have some the 2025 Queen winners join us for the parade. Thank you, ladies, for coming along and continuing to support our festival and our past Queens.

Now it’s our turn… and we’re getting VERY excited!

What a night, Home Hill! 🎉

Our 2025 Home Hill Harvest Festival Street Party was an unforgettable celebration — from the dazzling Grand Parade to the many stallholders and fun rides under the stars, our community truly turned up in style!

A huge thank you to all our stallholders and rides for bringing so much variety, flavour, and fun to the night — your hard work and creativity filled Watson’s Green with colour and excitement.

And of course, an enormous shoutout to Luke Geiger and his band, who absolutely rocked the stage and kept the crowd dancing right through the night!

Most of all, thank you to our incredible community — every smiling face, every clap, every cheer made the night one to remember.
You are the reason the Harvest Festival continues to grow stronger every year!

A huge thank you to everyone who made this year’s Home Hill Harvest Festival Grand Parade such a spectacular success!

From the creative minds who built and decorated the incredible floats to those who marched, danced, and waved their way down the main street — your effort and spirit brought Hollywood Elegance to life in true Burdekin style. 🎬

And to the crowds who lined the streets, cheered, clapped, and celebrated with us — you’re what makes this event so special year after year.

Celebrating Our 2025 Home Hill Harvest Festival Queens! 👑

A heartfelt congratulations to all of our incredible Queen entrants and their supporting organisations for making this year’s Harvest Festival truly shine. Your hard work, fundraising, and community spirit captured the very heart of Home Hill!

Personality Queen: Eden Betteridge – Rotary Club of Home Hill
Charity Queen: Aaliyah Gibson – Burdekin Netball Association

Both were crowned on Friday, 7th November, at the glamorous Rotary Ball, bringing the Queens fundraising efforts to a stunning close under the theme “Hollywood Elegance.”

We’d also like to celebrate our other amazing entrants who each brought enthusiasm, commitment, and grace to the role:

A Night of Elegance & Celebration

What a wonderful evening at the Home Hill Rotary Ball — the perfect way to celebrate the crowning of our Queens in style!

Thank you to everyone who attended, danced the night away, and helped make the evening so special. A huge congratulations to our 2025 Harvest Festival Queens, Aaliyah Gibson from Burdekin Netball Association (Charity Queen) and Eden Betteridge from Home Hill Rotary Club (Personality Queen). 👑

We’d also like to recognise all of this year’s Queen entrants — Amelia Pivotto (Home Hill Tennis Association), Demi Smith (Burdekin Rugby League Club), and Ellie Woods (Home Hill – Ayr Lions Club). Each one of you represented your clubs beautifully and made your community proud.

Rebekah’s creative entry “Frederick the Frog” hopped straight into everyone’s hearts — taking out the People’s Choice Award at this year’s Home Hill Harvest Festival Ephemera!

Crafted with care and a splash of imagination, Frederick was a crowd favourite and a perfect example of how everyday materials can be transformed into something truly special.
