Seafood Spotlight: Blue Mackerel & Australian Wild Salmon

Tassie’s waters are home to some seriously good fish, and some of the most delicious ones are underutilized.

Australian Wild Salmon brings bold, clean taste with a great texture, catching attention from chefs and seafood lovers alike. Blue Mackerel is a sleek, silvery schooling fish found in Bass Strait and around Tasmania. It’s rich in omega-3s and flavor, with firm flesh that’s perfect grilled, smoked or seared. Both species are sustainable, under-celebrated gems that deserve a bigger spot on your plate.
