Introducing our Winter Feast guest chef, Floriano Pellegrino Jr, in collaboration with Roberto Mele.
Chef Floriano, the highly decorated owner of Michelin-starred Bros' restaurant in Puglia, Italy, brings his signature blend of avant-garde contemporary dining with traditional southern Italian cuisine.
He’s pairing with Tasmania-based Roberto, of MAMA Artisanal Bakery, to combine rich Italian flavours with locally sourced produce.
