In March 1991, Tumbalong Park at Darling Harbour came alive with Greek music, dance, and community spirit, a celebration of heritage that helped shape what we proudly continue today as the Greek Festival of Sydney.

More than three decades on, that same energy, pride, and connection to culture still fills the heart of our Festival. From traditional dancers to shared meals and music, these moments remind us that our story is built on community.
