That’s a wrap! 🧡🩵💙 - 8 weeks of fun over July and August - bringing some GLOW to Halls Gap. With hundreds of events, activities, activations, workshops, gatherings and lights. 💡🌄✨🌟 People from around our region visited the town and enjoyed the winter months when the wildlife 🦘comes alive and the waterfalls 💦 flow. The team (most in the picture below but missing a few) who volunteer to put this together for no other reason than to see a smile on big and little humans faces. We are working on GLOW summer ☀️ already and this will run December and January- will you be able to find the gnomes 🔍👀🙈❓

There’s something special about a country market — local makers, fresh produce, homemade goodies and plenty of friendly faces!

Head to the Pomonal Village Market for a relaxed Sunday morning of browsing, eating and discovering some wonderful local and regional treasures.

Best of all, the market is run by community volunteers, with money raised from stall fees going back into the Pomonal community through the Pomonal Progress Association.

Thirsty Thursday time! 🥳 🍻 🥂

Lets send out the winter glow festival, that has had our town thriving throughout the winter months and welcome a bit of spring glow back in our lives 😂 🌞
We will also find out who won the footy tipping competition 🥁 🥁 🥁

And as always, proceeds from the raffle got to our amazinging volunteers at the Grampians Flora Botanic Garden Halls Gap Community Garden 🪏 🪴

Lots to celebrate, so we felt the need to double up the prize pool of the raffle! 🍀 🎟️

There’s no better way to kick off a Friday morning than with fresh mountain air, beautiful trails and great company!

Gariwerd Trail Running welcomes both locals and visitors to their regular Friday morning run — and everyone is welcome, regardless of pace or trail-running experience.

📅 Every Friday – including Friday 28 August
⏰ 6:30am or 7am start – check socials each week
📍 Halls Gap or nearby – meeting point changes weekly
💚 FREE – just turn up!

Never tried trail running before? This is a great opportunity to give it a go with people who know and love the trails of Gariwerd.

For the more adventurous, keep an eye out for special weekend runs that venture further afield and may suit intermediate or experienced trail runners.

Join local interdisciplinary artist Ash van Dyck at the Black & Ginger W**es Shed for Prints & Pours, a relaxed evening of relief printmaking.
No experience needed! Ash will guide you through the entire process — from sketching your design and carving your block to printing your very own creation to take home.

Looking for something fun and creative to do during GLOW Halls Gap? MOCO Gallery Halls Gap is hosting a fantastic variety of creative workshops every weekend throughout the festival!
From earring making and painting to perfume making and more, there’s always something different to discover.
