Friday (6:30PM): Kick off the weekend with a FREE BBQ for competitors – just a classic sausage sizzle to get the weekend going! The bar will be open, so grab a drink and join us to kick start to an exciting weekend.

REMINDERS FOR THE WEEKEND 📝

CAMPING + PARKING: 🚛
We are quite a small ground & in order to fit all competitors on the ground, PLEASE be considerate when parking & putting up yards.

FOOD + DRINK: 🍕
•The bar will be operating all weekend!! Aberdeen & Scone Lions Club will be cooking up a storm in the canteen daily for breakfast + lunch. Then don’t miss Pirate Woodfire Eats, for a delicious Saturday night feast!

ENTERTAINMENT: 🎶 Don’t miss, Tracey Nelson performing live on Saturday evening. The bar will be open and in full swing for a good night!

FACILITIES:
Toilet & shower facilities, located next to the bar area. All are welcome to use these facilities. Please remember to maintain respect and keep these facilities tidy.
