There is no single answer.

Just as a crisp white w**e tastes completely different from a rich red, Mead can be light and fruity, warm and spiced, rich and comforting or beautifully sweet.

Some varieties allow the honey to take centre stage. Others introduce fruit, spices or deeper barrel-inspired flavours that create an entirely different experience.

That variety is part of what makes Mead so interesting.

Gumeracha Fifth Sunday Market will be held at the Gumeracha Town Hall and surrounding area, this Sunday August 30th.

This is a free event with lots of:

Small and local businesses
Inside and outside stalls
Hot Food vendors
Coffee van
Sweet treats
Amazing entertainment
There will be local school choirs and The Hypothetical Ensemble performing on stage.

Maybe the Viking Bear 🐻 might be there ?
