Jyoti just played in the recent production of The Glass Menagerie and was a wonderful actor. She has now been selected to go to England to study acting at the Old Vic Theatre School. This is an amazing achievement for her and on behalf of Lismore Theatre Company we say we are very proud of her and wish her all the best. Below is what she has to say.ay.say.say.ay.

"Hi, my name is Jyoti, and I am fundraising for a 10-week acting foundation course in England.
I graduated from high school last year and have taken a gap year to prepare for acting school in 2027, by growing as a person and an actor.
I applied to this course on a whim, seeing a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity and also a course specifically designed to prepare actors for drama school. Then I got innn!

Family Values by David Williamson is a dark comedy that focuses on the dynamics of a dysfunctional Australian family as they battle with what their personal and political values really mean for them as individuals.

The cast and crew are back for another weekend of shows on Friday 5th of June and Saturday 6th of June at 7.30pm.

There are no tickets available for the Sunday show but there is a Thursday Matinee at 11.30am on the 11th of June if you want to avoid driving at night. There are also some tickets left for the shows on Friday 12th and Saturday 13th of June at 7.30pm.
