Earlier this month, our team delivered our biggest exhibition to date, and what an achievement it was! 🙌✨

✔️ 200+ exhibitors
✔️ 10+ fully custom stand builds
✔️ Over a 2.5 day bump in
✔️ 2,139 hire products
✔️ 20 EES staff onsite + our incredible office team keeping everything else running behind the scenes
✔️ 35 amazing contract staff
✔️ Exhibitors representing 12 countries including Australia, New Zealand, Netherlands, China, Israel, Mexico, Italy, France, Philippines, Turkey, Malaysia & Czech Republic 🌏

We’re especially proud that 97.6% of our printed walls were produced using eco-friendly EcoBoard & ExpoFab products ♻️

This was our second time managing this exhibition and seeing how much it has grown already is something we’re incredibly proud of. Huge thank you to every single person involved, from our EES team to suppliers, contractors and exhibitors, it truly takes a village to bring an event of this scale to life.

And the best part? We’re already headfirst into planning for 2028 🚀

Expo Event Services are proud to be partnering with UPPAREL to give our ExpoFab walls a second life post-event (and a third... and a fourth, you get the idea) ♻️

This means textile waste managed end-to-end, zero landfill, and full traceability, with verified ESG reporting for every kilo. It’s a big step forward for us (and the exhibition industry) as we continue pushing towards more sustainable event solutions 🌱

Keep an eye out… plenty more fun waste saving solutions to come from our sustainability team.

Join us out in congratulating Brittany for taking out our You Rock Award for Q1 2026 🎉

Britt’s journey from a PCO background to the supplier side has been nothing short of impressive. She’s brought a unique perspective to the team, along with a calm, steady presence that everyone values.

Voted by her own teammates, Britt is known for always being helpful, stepping up wherever needed, and just getting things done, no fuss, no drama… just a quiet “yes girl” energy that lifts everyone around her.

On top of that, her initiative in leading our sustainability team has been outstanding, driving us forward towards achieving our AS-ISO-20121-2024 certification - a huge milestone for the business.

Big congratulations to Jett on the promotion to Exhibition & Events Crew Lead! 👏👏

After recently adding truck and forklift licenses to his toolkit, he's now focused on becoming the key link between our Operations, Exhibitor Services and Account Managers by putting in the work behind the scenes and stepping up in a big way 💪

He’s mastering the stock systems, learning a bit of everyone’s role (basically our ultimate team player), and making sure everything runs like a well-oiled machine.

A little insider knowledge about Jett is that he’s a huge Broncos fan 🏉 and those iconic curly locks? Let’s just say we’re still not 100% convinced they’re natural… 👀

A keen traveller at heart, Tayla recently explored Japan shortly followed by a tropical adventure in Cairns 🌏☀️ definitely making the most of both climates!

Bringing with her a solid 10 years of experience across hotel management and events, Tayla has already hit the ground running and slotted into the team like a pro.

We’re so excited to have her with us and can’t wait for what’s ahead! 🙌

Please join us in giving a big, warm welcome to Livia, our new Exhibitor Sales Coordinator! 🎉

Fresh from the world of convention centres and managing global brand accounts, Livia brings serious event experience and we’re very excited to have her on board.

Even better? She’s a huge animal lover (especially dogs 🐶), which makes her a perfect fit for our pup-friendly office, where our four-legged Wellbeing Officers frequently visit.

We can’t wait to see Livia grow with us! 💚
