CHILD SAFETY & WELLBEING
At Surfers Paradise Rugby Union Club, the safety and wellbeing of children and young people is a priority. We are committed to providing a safe, inclusive and positive environment where every player feels supported, respected and able to enjoy rugby.
Our club is implementing the 10 Child Safe Standards under the Child Safe Organisation Act 2024 (QLD), helping ensure everyone involved in our club plays their part in keeping children safe. If you have any concerns relating to child safety, wellbeing or inappropriate behaviour, please speak up.
Concerns can be raised with our Child Safety Officers:
Amie Codlin
Jeremy North
📧 [email protected]
Concerns can also be reported directly through Rugby Australia’s reporting platform:

Child safeguarding information and contact details are also displayed throughout our clubhouse for players, parents, volunteers and visitors. Creating a safe club environment is everyone’s responsibility. Together, we can ensure all children feel safe, supported and welcome at Surfers Paradise Rugby.
