While we haven’t had all the details ready until now, we’re excited to finally confirm the new format for TAC 2026 ⚾
The Aussie Classic will now move to a Regional format, with two separate regional tournaments running in a slightly shorter timeframe and at a reduced cost for families.
📍 Confirmed Regional Events
Queensland Event
📍 Saturday 4 July – Monday 6 July (Redlands Rays & Surfers Paradise Baseball Clubs)
New South Wales Event
📍 Monday 6 July – Wednesday 8 July (Jacquie Osmond Reserve, Warwick Farm)
These Regional events will initially be offered for 12U, 14U and 16U age groups only, subject to player numbers.
We will also be changing the way teams are entered and formed, including:
⚾ Complete teams can register
⚾ Individual players can register
⚾ We will assist individual players in finding teams where required
Have a team already?
Head to www.ozball.com.au/tac and send us a message with your team name so we can send you the link to create your team and add your roster for the tournament.
Players previously registered will be able to jump onto some of these teams and if you don’t currently have a team but still want to play, don’t stress, we will help find one for you.
Our goal with these changes is simple: make TAC more accessible, more flexible, and continue delivering the competitive, fun baseball experience families have come to expect.
Looking ahead, we are also exploring additional regional locations as the event continues to grow 🌏⚾
