💔 An Important Update from Boutique Functions & Café

This isn’t a post we ever wanted to write.

Unfortunately, we’ve had to close Boutique Functions & Café.
This decision was not ours — it was made by the property owner.

We poured our hearts, time, creativity, and savings into building this place. What started as a vision became a community — families, musicians, artists, dog lovers, kids’ clubs, celebrations, quiet coffees, and moments we’ll never forget.

We want to be clear, without being unkind:
we wanted to keep going. We had plans, bookings, events lined up, and a future mapped out. But continuing simply wasn’t made possible for us.

To every single person who supported us — showed up, spread the word, played music, brought your kids, your dogs, your friends — thank you. You made this place what it was. 💚
That part can never be taken away.

For now, we’re taking a breath, looking after our family, and working out what comes next. This may be the end of this chapter, but it’s not the end of us.

The Cuban Dance Company absolutely lit up the garden last night — rain, shine, didn’t matter.
If you missed it, here’s a little taste of the magic they brought to Boutique.
Next one’s already locked in for 1 Feb 2026… Boutique Cafe, 17 Glenview Rd, Glenview, and it’s gonna be even bigger.

The rain didn’t scare a single soul off — we’re in the middle of the most incredible dance floor energy right now. So many people, so much joy, and honestly… this is HUGE for Boutique heading into the New Year.

If this is our first Salsa & Tapas Night… imagine what’s coming. 😏✨

🌧️ Rainy Sunday? No worries — the party is STILL ON. 💃
Salsa & Tapas is happening today from 3pm–7pm and we’ve got you completely covered.

If the weather’s misbehaving, we’ll shift the energy into our beautiful indoor Function Room — warm, cosy, fairy lights glowing, and plenty of space to dance, nibble, sip, and have a bloody good time. 🕺

The Cuban Dance Company crew will still be bringing the moves, the music, and their gorgeous community… rain or shine.

We’re right here on Glenview Road near Aussie World, tucked into our little garden oasis. I filmed a quick chat today because there’s one thing I really want to make clear:

💛 This entire property is under NEW management as of the beginning of this year.
New team. New energy. New life breathed into the space.

Over the past 20+ years, this property has had so many different versions and identities. And the people who have come back after knowing it in the past all say the same thing:

✨ It has never looked or felt better than it does right now.

The gardens, the atmosphere, the service, the vibe — it’s all changed.

We’re now a family-run, warm, creative, community-focused café with:

☀️ peaceful, relaxing spaces for parents
