Get your teams together and lock in the dates. It’s shaping up to be a huge weekend with great prizes, categories, and plenty of action.

⚠️ Max 35 pigs for Friday, Saturday & Sunday combined
⚠️ Competitors may hunt outside Garah with landowner permission
⚠️ All dogs must be tied up or secured in dog boxes at campgrounds

The Brody Hoyt Memorial Pig Hunting Competition 2026 is shaping up to be a massive weekend and we’re looking for businesses, food vendors, market stalls, and community groups who would like to be involved.

📍 Garah, NSW
📅 24th – 26th July 2026

We’re expecting a great turnout across the weekend and would love to support local businesses and vendors.

We’re looking for:
✅ Food & coffee vans
✅ Hunting & outdoor gear stalls
✅ Clothing & merchandise
✅ Community groups
✅ Sponsors & prize donations
✅ Any other stalls or attractions

🐗 BRODY HOYT MEMORIAL PIG HUNTING COMPETITION – RULES 🐗
📍 Garah, NSW | 📅 24th–26th July 2026

To keep the competition fair, safe, and respectful for everyone, please read the rules below carefully.

✅ KEY RULES & INFORMATION

• Competitors must have their OWN properties to hunt and landholder details will be required.
• Hunting can be done anywhere the competitor has written or verbal consent (not restricted to Garah area).
• Pigs must be wild – NO domestic pigs allowed.
• Pigs must be fully dressed to enter competition.
• Size will be determined by kg and tusks will be measured in mm.
• Accreditation is not required to enter.
• Organisers will check suspect pigs and their decision is final.

🐕 DOGS
• All dogs must be secured on a ute or in adequate dog boxes at all times while at weigh-in.

⚠️ ZERO TOLERANCE
Any competitor caught trespassing, poaching, or hunting without landholder permission will be immediately disqualified.

Let’s keep it safe, fair, and respectful.
