🌎 🏆 🇦🇺 WOOL CHALLENGE WINNERS 🇦🇺🏆🌎

The International Back to Back Wool Challenge heat conducted at this year’s show was just one of many held around the world to compete for the 2026 title 🏆 congratulations to Aussie team, The Spinning Knitwits, for achieving the best time to shear, spin and knit an adult jumper ⏰ having seen the process in action earlier this year, we know a time like this is a huge achievement!

The annual International Back to Back Wool Challenge has been run and won for 2026 with ten teams competing from three different countries around the world.

Congratulations to the winning team Spinning Knitwits from Australia, and to all teams who might have taken on the Challenge for the first time, or reduced their time by a whole working day, or simply put their hand up to support woolcraft promotion and cancer research.

🥳🏆 GREAT RESULT AT GROUP FINALS🏆🥳

We were proud to be represented by a strong team of competitors at the VAS Central & South Gippsland Group Final held yesterday in Lang Lang 🤩 winning 1st place at this year’s Foster Show saw them eligible to compete amongst other shows in our group 🥇

🫖🐟🤩 TEA COSY FEST KICKS OFF THIS WEEKEND 😍🐟🫖

The much loved Fish Creek Tea Cosy Festival begins this Saturday 16th May at the Fish Creek Memorial Hall 📆

There’s sure to be some ripper creations on display, with this year’s theme “Life on the Farm” as the inspiration for entries ❤️ 👨‍🌾

The festival continues until Sunday 24th May and includes the display of entries be winners, crafting workshops and Devonshire teas sold as fundraising for local community groups 🏆 ☕️ 🧶
