Run Forrest Trail Run is the most standout, spectacularly picturesque event on the Victorian trail running calendar. Set in the beautiful little Otway Ranges town of Forrest we offer runners the following distances - 21km, 10km & 6km events. The 21km trail run tracks around the sublime Lake Elizabeth, whilst the 10km and 6km showcase the Otway's cool temperate landscape. The course is a rollercoaster of ups and downs, narrow trails (usually for Mt bikers) under an umbrella of tree ferns and enormous old gums. The village is a misty winter wonderland with little fire pits, delicious food trucks set on the banks of the West Barwon River. The community of Forrest are a welcoming bunch & you will love their warm hospitality, great brews and hearty fare.

The team has been out on the trails through rain, hail and shine, making sure everything is ready for an incredible weekend. The forecast is looking great, and conditions are opening up just in time.

When you arrive, the village will be ready to welcome you with fresh coffee, crackling fire pits and the beautiful towering trees that make Run Forrest so special.
