Arts Centre, the Festival hosts 40+ immersive events across 14 indoor and outdoor venues in Footscray and surrounds, so people of all ages can explore the iconic spaces, intimate stories and vibrant histories of the West.

Our Story

Due West Arts Festival is a celebration of local stories and community spirit - inspired by the artists and culture of Melbourne’s West. The 2019 Festival will take place over 10 nights from 15 - 24 November.

Now in its second year, the Festival sees local contemporary artists and acclaimed international acts showcase new works and remount successes, bringing the best parties, performances, exhibitions and workshops to Melbourne's West.

Presented by Footscray Community Arts Centre, the Festival hosts 40+ immersive events across 14 indoor and outdoor venues in Footscray and surrounds, so people of all ages can explore the iconic spaces, intimate stories and vibrant histories of the West.
