📣 *CANCELLED* The Special General Meeting scheduled for Monday 24 August @ 6:30pm has been cancelled. A new committee has been formed and work has began planning the next event.

The new organising committee will meet next on Monday 31st August @ 5:30pm at the Ingleside Bakery in Evandale. Please come along if you’d like to join.

Notice of Annual General Meeting
The Evandale Village Fair Annual General Meeting is to take place at 7:30 pm on Wednesday, July 1st at Evandale Memorial Hall.
We are seeking new committee members fro a variety of roles and welcome anyone interested to join.
