12/09/2026 Milestones that we are aware of
Congratulations to the following parkrunners who will be completing official or unofficial milestones this weekend:
• Frank Allen – membership of the v50 Club for volunteering 50 weeks at parkrun
• Callum Titheridge – unofficial milestone of 100 parkruns at Frog Hollow in JM11-14 (Callum’s milestone report was posted for 05/09/2026)
• Andrew Haug – 250 parkruns
• Lisa Banfield – unofficial milestone of 350 parkruns at Frog Hollow
• Gary Holland – unofficial milestone of 450 parkruns

Frog Hollow 250 parkruns tradition:
To honour Andrew as the newest member of the 250 parkruns club, please can fellow Frog Hollow 250 clubbers wear their 250 shirts if they have them.
Regardless of whether you own a milestone shirt, can Frog Hollow 250 clubbers please gather behind the 250 bunting for a quick photo after briefing, before making your way to the starting line.
Frank Allen – membership of the v50 Club for volunteering 50 weeks at parkrun
• Frank’s parkrun journey began at Frog Hollow on 18/10/2014, at Event #19.
• This weekend when he hands out finish tokens, he will earn membership of the v50 club, for volunteering 50 weeks at parkrun!
• Frank has earned all his volunteer credits at Frog Hollow.
• He has volunteered across five distinct roles. To date he has handed out finish tokens 25 times, been the tail walker nineteen times, been a backup timer three times, and done barcode scanning and been a parkwalker once each.
• The most volunteer credits he has earned in a calendar year is ten in 2025. He also earned eight credits in 2024 and seven in 2022.
• He has a generous volunteer ratio of 15%.
• He has completed a total of 311 parkruns, 300 of them at Frog Hollow.
• On my table of parkrunners who have completed the most parkruns at Frog Hollow, Frank is ranked twelfth.
• He has achieved a total of thirteen PBs.
• His best time is 37:40 done at Frog Hollow on 28/02/2015.
• His average time over 311 parkruns is 46:39.
• He has a best age grade percentage of 47.39%, achieved on the same day as his PB.
• Frank has only completed eleven parkruns away from Frog Hollow. He has participated at a total of six parkrun locations. He has done three interstate events, doing one parkrun each in Western Australia, Queensland and Tasmania. His Victorian events apart from Frog Hollow, include seven at Dandenong and one at Bendigo Botanic Gardens.
• He currently participates in the VM80-84 age category. His fastest parkrun was completed in the VM70-74 age group.
• He is one of 47 parkrunners to have completed 100 or more parkruns at Frog Hollow in a single age group. He is one of twenty parkrunners who have completed 100 or more parkruns at Frog Hollow in two age categories. He completed 138 parkruns in VM70-74 and 106 parkruns in VM75-79. To date he has done 56 parkruns at Frog Hollow in the 80-84 age group.
• The most parkruns he has completed in a calendar year is 42 in 2023, earning him a Silver Obsessive Award in Running Challenges. He has earned five Bronze Obsessive Awards for completing 37 parkruns in 2018, 36 in 2015, 35 in 2017, 32 in 2022 and 30 in 2025.
• He has achieved all his milestones to date at Frog Hollow. He reached his 25 parkruns milestone on 27/06/2015, his 50 milestone on 6/02/2016, his 100 milestone on 25/11/2017, and his 250 parkruns milestone on 02/12/2023.
• He achieved membership of the v25 club for volunteering 25 weeks at parkrun on 25/03/2023.
• Frank is a valued member of the Frog Hollow parkrun family!
Andrew Haug – 250 parkruns
• Andrew’s parkrun journey began at Frog Hollow on 02/04/2016.
• His 250th parkrun will be his 188th at Frog Hollow.
• He has achieved a total of 27 PBs.
• His best time is 25:00, run at Frog Hollow on 11/04/2026.
• His average time over 249 parkruns is 32:50.
• He has a best age grade percentage of 61.47%, earned on the day of his PB.
• He has run at a total of eighteen parkrun locations. He has completed two interstate events, one each in Queensland and South Australia. His Victorian events, apart from Frog Hollow, include nineteen at Jells, eleven at Marriott Waters, six at KM Reedy Reserve and four each at Westerfolds and Mullum Mullum. He has completed three parkruns at Dandenong and two each at Gardiners Creek, Berwick Springs, Cascades on Clyde Wetlands and Lakes Entrance. He has done one parkrun each at another five events in Victoria.
• Andrew currently runs in the VM55-59 age category. His fastest parkrun to date was completed in this age group.
• He is one of 47 parkrunners to have completed 100 or more parkruns at Frog Hollow in a single age group. He completed 147 parkruns at Frog Hollow in the VM45-49 age group.
• The most parkruns he has completed in a calendar year is 48 in 2017, earning a Silver Obsessive Award in Running Challenges. He has also earned silver for completing 45 parkruns each in 2018 and 2019. He earned a Bronze Obsessive Award in 2016 for completing 35 parkruns.
• He has earned fourteen volunteer credits, all at Frog Hollow.
• He has volunteered across five distinct roles. He has handed out finish tokens six times, been a backup timer three times, done the roles of timekeeper and tail walker twice each, and been a pacer once.
• All his official milestones to date have been achieved at Frog Hollow. He reached his 25 parkruns milestone on 15/10/2016, his 50 parkruns milestone on 08/04/2017 and his 100 parkruns milestone on 21/04/2018.
Lisa Banfield – unofficial milestone of 350 parkruns at Frog Hollow
• Lisa’s parkrun journey began at Berwick Springs on 12/04/2014, ten weeks before the launch of Frog Hollow parkrun. She did three parkruns at Berwick Springs before completing her first official parkrun at Frog Hollow, at Event #6 on 19/07/2014. From that day, Lisa became a regular participant at Frog Hollow.
• Her 350th parkrun at Frog Hollow will be her 417th overall.
• On my table of parkrunners who have completed the most parkruns at Frog Hollow, Lisa is ranked sixth.
• She has achieved a total of 29 PBs.
• Her best time is 24:45, run at Frog Hollow on 06/03/2021.
• Her best overall finish position is eighth, which she achieved at Eastern Gardens. Her best overall finish position at Frog Hollow is tenth.
• At Frog Hollow she has been the second female finisher on five occasions and been the third female finisher on sixteen occasions.
• Away from Frog Hollow, she was the first female finisher once at Dandenong. She has been the third female finisher twice at Wilson Botanic and once at Eastern Gardens.
• Her average time over 416 parkruns is 33:03.
• She has a best age grade percentage of 67.56%, achieved at Frog Hollow on 26/08/2023.
• She has run at a total of eighteen parkrun locations. She has completed one interstate parkrun, at Queens Domain in Tasmania.
• Her Victorian parkruns, apart from Frog Hollow, include twenty-one at at Wilson Botanic, seventeen at Berwick Springs, five at Pakenham and four at Dandenong. She has run three times each at Warragul and Birdsland Reserve, and twice each Marriott Waters, KM Reedy Reserve and Gardiners Creek. She has run once each at another seven events in Victoria.
• Lisa currently runs in the VW55-59 age category. Her fastest parkrun was completed in the VW45-49 age group.
• She is one of 47 parkrunners who have completed 100 parkruns at Frog Hollow in a single age category. She is one of twenty parkrunners who have completed 100 or more parkruns in two age groups at Frog Hollow. She completed 137 parkruns at Frog Hollow in the VW45-49 age group and 134 in VW50-54.
• The most parkruns she has completed in a calendar year is 41 each in 2016 and 2024, earning her Silver Obsessive Awards in Running Challenges. She also earned Silver for completing 40 parkruns in 2017. She has earned six Bronze Obsessive Awards, for completing 39 parkruns in 2025, 37 each in 2018 and 2022, 36 each in 2015 and 2023, and 35 in 2019.
• Within a month of her first Frog Hollow parkrun, Lisa signed up to volunteer. In the years since, her name has regularly appeared on the roster.
• She has completed a total of 126 volunteer roles and earned 117 volunteer credits.
• Except for volunteering once at Dandenong, all her volunteering has been done at Frog Hollow.
• She has volunteered across eleven distinct roles. She has been a timekeeper on thirty occasions and done the event day course check twenty-four times. She has handed out finish tokens nineteen times, been a backup timer fourteen times, been the tail walker twelve times and done barcode scanning ten times. She has been the photographer seven times and done the first timers welcome six times, been a pacer twice and been a marshal and done pre-event setup once each.
• Her commitment to volunteering is reflected by looking at some of her yearly volunteer statistics. The most volunteer credits she has earned in a calendar year is fourteen, in 2023 and 2024. She volunteered thirteen times in 2022 and 2025, eleven times in 2019 and ten times each in 2016 and 2026.What a star!!!!
• She was the first Frog Hollow parkrunner outside of the event team to achieve membership of the v100 Club!
• She has an impressive volunteer ratio of 28%!
• If she hadn’t been so generous with her time, she could have been much closer to her 500 parkruns milestone.
• Lisa is nothing short of a Frog Hollow volunteer hero!
• Lisa has achieved all her official parkrun milestones at Frog Hollow.
• She reached her 25 parkruns milestone on 14/03/2015, her 50 milestone on 21/11/2015, her 100 milestone on 11/02/2017, and her 250 milestone on 18/06/2022.
• She achieved membership of the v25 club for volunteering 25 weeks at parkrun on 14/10/2017, membership of the v50 club for volunteering 50 weeks at parkrun on 17/04/2021, and membership of the v100 club for volunteering 100 weeks at parkrun on 24/05/2025.
• We are exceedingly fortunate and proud to have Lisa as one of our Frog Hollow parkrun stalwarts!
Gary Holland – unofficial milestone of 450 parkruns
• Gary’s parkrun journey began at Frog Hollow on 16/08/2014.
• His 450th parkrun will be his 434th at Frog Hollow.
• He holds the record for having done the most parkruns at Frog Hollow, 27 parkruns ahead of second place.
• He has achieved a total of seventeen PBs.
• His best time is 24:32, run at Frog Hollow on two occasions, on 4/11/2017 and 30/06/2018.
• His average time over 449 parkruns is 28:36.
• He has a best age grade percentage of 61.66%, earned on 30/06/2018.
• He has run at a total of nine parkrun locations. He has only done sixteen parkruns away from Frog Hollow. He has done two interstate parkruns, one each in Tasmania,and South Australia. His Victorian parkruns away from Frog Hollow include five times at Warragul, three times each at Berwick Springs and Pakenham, and once each at another three events.
• He is one of 47 parkrunners to have completed 100 or more parkruns at Frog Hollow in a single age category and one of twenty who have completed 100 or more parkruns at Frog Hollow in two age groups. He is the only Frog Hollow parkrunner to have done 200 or more parkruns in a single age group at Frog Hollow, completing 207 parkruns in the VW50-54 age group. He completed 141 parkruns at Frog Hollow in the VM55-59 age group.
• The most parkruns he has completed in a calendar year is 48, in both 2016 and 2018, earning him Silver Obsessive Awards in Running Challenges. He has earned four other Silver Awards. He has earned three Bronze Obsessive Awards. This weekend he will add a fourth Bronze.
• He has earned 35 volunteer credits, all at Frog Hollow. He has volunteered across five distinct roles. He has been the tail walker eighteen times, handed out finish tokens thirteen times, done barcode scanning twice, and been a backup timer and a pacer once each.
• He has achieved all his official milestones at Frog Hollow. He reached his 25 parkruns milestone on 28/02/2014, his 50 milestone on 19/02/2015, his 100 milestone on 29/10/2016, and his 250 parkruns milestone on 22/02/2020.
• He reached his v25 milestone for volunteering 25 weeks at parkrun on 19/02/2022.
• Gary is a valued member of the Frog Hollow parkrun family.
