Recently, My Coffee Cart has been proud to work alongside YAG Campaspe delivering coffee training, while also supporting the Swan Hill Careers Expo and partnering with MADEC to help engage and support unemployed locals.

A standout story has been Logan, 19 years old, stepping into a trainer role while being mentored by Daniel Mackrell, founder of My Coffee Cart. Watching a young local build confidence, leadership skills, and practical industry experience has been incredibly rewarding.

Through hands-on coffee training, mentoring, and real workplace experiences, the program is helping young people gain confidence, improve communication skills, and see genuine career pathways within hospitality and community engagement.

At My Coffee Cart, it’s about much more than serving coffee. It’s about investing in people, building confidence, and giving locals opportunities to grow.
