A few repairs, a refresh, and getting everything ready for another year of ceremonies in the middle of the bushland.

One of the things couples love most about our Yarra Valley wedding venue is that nothing feels overly polished or formal out here, it just flows naturally from ceremony to cocktails to dancing.

This fermentation workshop takes place in the Harvest Hub lat Yarra Valley Estate. Guided by Louise Ward, teams learn the basics of fermentation while preparing their own sauerkraut and lacto-fermented vegetables.

Along the way, the group explores the role of fermented foods in gut health, tastes miso, and picks up practical ideas they can use at home.
It’s hands-on, relaxed and fun - a shared experience that gets everyone involved.

From blossom to bottle 🌸

Our team at the Edible Forest has been harvesting elderflowers this week and turning them into house-made cordial in the Harvest Hub.

The Edible Forest is right here on site at Yarra Valley Estate, which means this delicate, floral cordial travels just metres from harvest to your glass. It features in our summer drinks menu across events and functions - adding a genuine taste of the property to every occasion.

Made fresh on site, from flowers to finished product, using traditional methods and zero food miles.

That’s the Yarra Valley Estate difference.
