Darwin Chilli Festival At this stage, organisers are struggling with staff shortages both at My Chilli Festival HQ and on t Darwin's hot, but it's going to get even hotter in 2024!

Bringing together chilli-lovers of the region, the festival will focus on food creations using the many and wonderful chilli varieties we enjoy in this part of the world. Watch as crazy chilli-heads take on one of the 5 challenges on stage! Stock up on chilli provisions and plants in Hellfire Alley. Chilli out in the AfterBurn Bar with a beer or cocktail with a fruity chilli bite. Kids can enjoy s
