Mr Boddy

Time to meet our mysterious host for the evening!

The cunning and manipulative Mr Boddy holds all the cards and will use every bit of dirt on anyone to his advantage. He has a plan, a huge mansion, some shifty servants and ominous inclement weather...what could possibly go wrong? (Spoiler - Everything)

Boddy has invited his six guests tonight to offer them a chance at restitution... but only if they do the unthinkable.

The enigma that is Mr Boddy is played by the longest serving member of the cast, Peter Popplewell. Peter has been part of the Dandaragan Repertory Club since it's inception and celebrates his 50th year of productions. Be sure to congratulate him when you see him!

Professor Plum

Our final suspect (err, guest) to make an appearance is Professor Plum. With his roguish charms and striking good looks,
he is the answer to every woman’s desire. That's what he'll tell you, anyway.

Once a well-respected psychiatrist, he now works for the US government, where his questionable medical skills might go unnoticed. What secrets lie hidden behind doctor–patient confidentiality… and would he be willing to kill to keep them buried?

Bringing this self-assured character to life is Gye Smith. Gye was last on stage with us in 2023 as Minimus in The Last Gladiator, but he wasn't letting a few-hundred kilometre round-trip to rehearsals stop him from being back on the boards for our 50th celebration!

Miss Scarlet

Down to the final two, we now meet the stunning and sultry Miss Scarlet. This femme fatale is dressed to kill and has arrived with every intention of enjoying the intrigue. She's not worried about her mysterious host- she can use her many connections amoung the powerful men of Washington to ensure she calls the shots. Or will those ties be part of her demise??

Bringing this vivacious role to the stage is Dandaragan’s very own Jane Roberts, whose credits include The Play That Goes Wrong,The Last Gladiator, Lost in Tumblerock, Snow White...the list goes on…

Mr. Green

Our fourth guest to arrive is the bumbling, accident-prone and allergy-suffering, Mr. Green. Is his greatest enemy the elusive cat? Or does someone here know the deeply personal secret he keeps?

The unassuming, sniffling Mr. Green couldn’t possibly be a murderer ….could he?

Murray McGlew is a stalwart of the stage, having been part of The Dandaragan Repertory Club since 1998. His most recent roles include a hotel manager, a hippie rock star, a roman senator, a cowboy, a royal huntsman and Captain Hook- such range!

Mrs. Peacock

The next guest to arrive is the Bible-toting Mrs. Peacock! This sneaky Senators wife appears to be all rosary beads and church on Sundays...but looks can be deceiving. What level of influence does she really have in Washington?

Will she break the sixth commandment to keep her secret out of the hands of the police or the press?

Mrs. Peacock is played by Sharon Gregoor, who made her acting debut in 2025 in the role of tabloid reporter Dora Del Rio.

Mrs White

The next suspect - I mean guest - to arrive is Mrs White, a famous socialite who believes a good husband is hard to find. Especially when buried correctly. You might not want to find yourself alone with this black widow...you never know what could happen.

Liis Melesk (slightly concerningly) flawlessly portrays Mrs White in her 5th Dandaragan Repertory production.
