WHAT. A. WEEKEND!

The 2026 Black Stump Rodeo absolutely delivered - and it’s all thanks to an incredible crew of people who showed up and made it happen!

To our volunteers - you are the backbone of this event. Gate, bar, set up, raking barrels, toilet checks, rubbish runs and everything in between… you didn’t stop, and it did not go unnoticed. You legends just get in and get it DONE 👏

To our sponsors - thank you for backing us and believing in what we do. Your support is what brings this whole thing to life, and we are so grateful to have you in our corner.

To our competitors, stock contractors, photographers, entertainers, judges, announcers, protection athletes, pick-up men and the fellas on the chutes and return gates: you bring the action, the energy and the atmosphere. You’re what makes rodeo what it is, and we thank you!

To our spectators: The cheers, the atmosphere, the energy in the crowd… it’s what lifts the whole event to another level. Thank you for coming out and spending your Saturday with us, supporting us and making it such an unreal night 🙌

And to the Black Stump Rodeo committee - small, mighty, and unstoppable. The long days, late nights, the chaos, the laughs, the problem-solving on the fly… we each have to wear multiple hats but we always somehow make it all come together. What a team 💪 thank you!

It takes a village to pull this off — and we’ve got a bloody good one.

Each of these boys bring their own set of exceptional skills and experience to the arena and we are proud to have them on board! They have kept every bull rider safe in our arena today, it’s no wonder they call them cowboy lifesavers! 🐮

Don’t forget — this weekend it’s time for the Black Stump Rodeo in Coolah! 🤠🔥

It’s shaping up to be a huge day, with non-stop rodeo action from 10am leading into the main event at 6pm. Then strap in for some tunes and dancing into the night!

• Bar open & cold drinks flowing 🍻
• Food and music into the night 🎶
• Market stalls packed with clothing & more
• The Lions Club on the BBQ cooking up a storm 🔥
• Camping available — so no excuses to leave early!

Round up the kids, rally your mates, throw on your hat and boots, pack a camp chair and bring your loudest cheering voice and best dancing shoes.

Coolah’s the place to be this weekend — don’t miss it!
