Hi everyone,
Thank you to all of the teams that registered for the comp and your understanding regarding postponing it to later in the year .
All teams have been refunded so please check your accounts over the next few days to make sure they have been deposited into the correct account.
The only team I haven’t heard from is Joel Conroy please double check your email address and send me your bank details .

Get your entries in we have 3 weeks until Coastal Chaos on the 27th and 28th of April .
This weekend is one for the whole family with the kids having their own divisions .
2 days of competition testing your fitness and having some great fun with your mates .
If you haven’t entered yet please get cracking and enter ASAP so we have an idea of numbers and can plan logistics . Spread the word amongst around your gym we have room for plenty more teams .

This will be our one and only comp for 2019 so get a crew together, teams of 3 single s*x male or female ...you don’t want to miss out on a super fun weekend . Entries are now open for Coastal Chaos Hat Trick and Next Gen on the 27th and 28th of April 2019.
Hat Trick Open and masters 35+ beginners, intermediate and RX divisions.
Next Gen 7-14 years .
Expect the unexpected . We will be out and about .

Swim, Run, row, bike, ski, push, pull, squat, press, lift with 2 days of competition to test all general physical skills with 2 mates.
Hat trick Single s*x male or female teams of 3 .
Next Gen individual ages 7-14 years .

Every entry will include Coastal Chaos merchandise.
Entry is $195 per team .

Hey team here’s the standards for the kids and teens for Coastal Chaos Next Gen on the 27th and 28th of April . Our aim is to make it one big weekend for the whole family to be part of and to showcase the talent of the next generation in a fun and friendly atmosphere .Next Gen will be an individual comp, they will have a beach wod on the Saturday that will involve a wade for 7-11 and a short swim for 12-14 . Categories are the age that the athlete is on the comp day .

Next Gen
Standards
Ages juniors 7-11
We are here to have fun in a safe environment and we want to see our juniors moving well with no external load . As a guide we will be programming body weight movements eg squats, push-ups , knee raises / toes to bar , run, row , skip , lunges, bar hangs, boxjumps, wallwalks etc . There may be some functional carries at a light load prescribed .

Ages 12-14
Run, row , ski , assault bike combined with a variety of movements in a challenging format .
These movements and prescribed weights are as a guide for division standards .

It’s time to pump up for our next Coastal Chaos on the 27th and 28th of April .It’s teams of 3 this time around . Single s*x . Find a couple of mates and fine tune that team work .
And Next Gen we haven’t forgotten you guys either . This time around we are going to give the little champs a crack at testing their fitness too with an individual comp for ages 7-14 . It’s the perfect way to get the whole family amongst the weekend action on the beautiful Coffs Coast . Entries open this Friday 8th February at wodbuzz .
