In case you missed it Jess Hull ran a new PB at the World Athletics Ultimate Championship in 14:32.39 to jump to No.2 on the Australian Athletics all time 5000m list!

BOUNCING BACK 🙌🙌

Just one day after finishing ninth in the 1500m, Jessica Hull rallies to second place in the 5000m at the World Athletics Ultimate Championship!

Her time of 14:32.39 sees her climb to second on the Australian all-time list, as teammate Rose Davies clocked 14:35.64 for sixth place.

Ethiopia's Likina Amebaw was a runaway winner in 14:30.36.

"I'm hosting a Q&A evening at PhysiPro Athletic in Seaford on Friday 28 August and I'd love to get some of the crew along.
I'll be talking through the journey from local footy and starting running properly in 2020 through to national titles and representing Australian Athletics, but mainly focusing on the useful stuff behind it — training, injuries, mistakes, setbacks, racing and what I'd do differently — then opening it up for questions."
