🎛️ Jesus Loves You - the electronic late 80s / early 90s project of Boy George, from a time before he was adamant about a pro Israeli anthem produced with AI... Man, what happened there... Anyway this thing is a true and perfect example of the optimism being pushed through early balearic/trance records being produced at the time. Just gorgeous 😇

🌟 This tune and the album it came from that I just copped from The Record Store, 'The Martyr Mantras', signalled George's brief foray into more 'electronic' dance music. Beginning in the late 80s, post Culture Club, the project got a great deal of attention internationally, but was sadly (or maybe not) short lived. Either way... The sleeve design was unreal, check em out if you can find one and big up Barney for putting me on ⚛️
