Due to new Government restrictions regarding sporting competitions in this difficult time, our competition will be postponed indefinitely. We are working through the best solution as to how to proceed with our competition, and will relay this information out to you as soon as we can.

Good morning all,
We FINALLY got some decent weather but unfortunately due to the COVID-19 situation, Castle Hill AFL 9’s is OFF tonight.
Apologies for this, but we have to act on advice from government to maintain the health of our community.
More information on this competition will be shared as soon as we can this week.

We must be the most unlucky 9’s comp ever!
AFL 9’s is OFF tonight due to Council’s closure of the fields.

Apologies all, I know this is very frustrating for everyone and it’s just as frustrating for us, I was very hopeful we’d be able to get out and about tonight. Let’s keep our fingers crossed that we can get out on the Showground next Monday.

Good morning AFL 9er's
We have all of our fingers crossed that the weather will hold off and we will be able to FINALLY get another round of AFL 9's in tonight. I will confirm just after 3:00pm today if we will be going ahead when Council make their decision on field closures. Assuming we are going ahead, the draw for tonight is below;
7:15pm
Field 1- Drop Bears vs KangaBrews
Field 2- Parramatta Lions vs Adonis Victorius

Hi all, we will have an update on whether tonight's round of competition will go ahead at 3pm today when Council make a decision on ground closures. Thank you and sorry for the inconvenience.
Assuming tonight goes ahead, the fixture will be as follows;
7:15pm
Field 1- Drop Bears vs KangaBrews
Field 2- Parramatta Lions vs Adonis Victorius
Also, just a reminder that if we go ahead tonight, our BBQ will be on, so bring $2 for a post game treat!

I will let you know tonight's plans as soon as I can

What a cracking night of Footy we had last night!

The Drop Bears edged it in a close first half before running away convincing 1.6.5 - 50 1.2.1 - 29 victors over Adonis Victorious.

KangaBrews came out of the blocks quickly taking a 3 goal lead heading into the 2nd half before surviving a second half scare winning 1.4.6 - 39 against Parramatta Lions 3.1.0 - 39.

Looking forward to Round 2 next week!

WHAT A NIGHT! It was definitely a great night down at Castle Hill Showground last night for our Come and Try participants. Lots of Goals kicked and Speccy's taken by our amazing players.

Looking forward to seeing all the teams in full flight next Monday Night from 7:15pm for our Round 1 Matches!
