$8.3million into the Richmond Valley economy, thanks to our supporters💥
‼The NCP Casino Truck Show continues to deliver major economic benefits to the Richmond Valley, with $8.319 million spent across the region during the 2026 event period, an 18.8% increase on 2025. 😯
👉 CBA iQ data recorded 31,860 unique customers spending across the region from 29 July to 2 August, up 22% on 2025. Visitors accounted for 46% of all spending and 58% of customers.
💲In Casino, businesses recorded $3.228 million in card spending, up 15.8%, while customer numbers increased 23.1% to 23,300.
🗣️The final visitor survey attracted 885 respondents from 466 towns and cities. Just 4% were Richmond Valley residents, while 47% travelled from interstate and 73% stayed overnight. Visitors stayed throughout Richmond Valley and neighbouring areas including Lismore, Ballina, Grafton, Yamba and Byron Bay.
💪The 2026 NCP Casino Truck Show attracted an estimated 45,000 people, with 550 truck registrations filling capacity within an hour and 382 trucks participating in Friday Night Lights.
🙌Visitor satisfaction was exceptionally high, with 96% rating their experience 4 or 5 out of 5, and 98% saying they were likely or very likely to return.
🙏The combination of strong spending, interstate visitation and overnight stays shows why the Truck Show is so valuable to our region.
