We're introducing Visual Art as a performance category for the 2027 National Multicultural Festival - celebrating the stories, traditions and perspectives that shape our community, brought to life in bold, immersive ways. πŸ’›

We're calling on artists to reimagine our shared spaces. Pitch large-scale, outdoor works that invite people in, spark curiosity, and create moments of connection across the festival. πŸ‘€

Last year, visitors were welcomed into Glebe Park through The Homes Within Us by local artists Eggpicnic - a striking archway inspired by the migration of birds cross the world, and the ways we all carry pieces of place and belonging with us. 🦜

🎨 What story will you share?

Applications are now open - visit bit.ly/nmfperform for more information on how to apply for more information on how to apply. We can't wait to see your vision.
