She’s older than we are.

Sharon, a green sea turtle, is around 50-60 years old — which means she was gliding past coral gardens long before we opened our doors in 1996. For 30 years we’ve grown on the edge of the Great Barrier Reef, and Sharon’s been out there the whole time.

That’s why we’re proud to sponsor her rehabilitation at the Cairns Turtle Rehabilitation Centre. 🐢

Cairns Mayor Amy Eden is asking the Far North community to help choose the dish that will represent our region in 𝘈 𝘚𝘩𝘢𝘳𝘦𝘥 𝘛𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘦, a special cookbook celebrating the Local Government Association of Queensland's 130th anniversary.

We're proud that our very own Executive Chef, David Hart, is one of four local culinary experts selected to submit a recipe for consideration. The dish, Crispy Pork Belly with Rollingstone Pineapple and Ooray Plum Cumberland, celebrates the diverse and unique flavours of Tropical North Queensland.
