VENUE ADDRESS:
1177 Great Northern Highway, Upper Swan WA 6069
Vehicle access, parking and event entry is via the parking field off Great Northern Highway
PARKING:
Free parking for up to 5000 cars in parking fields – entry into parking fields off Great Northern Highway. Please follow the directions of the parking field attendants.
UBER/TAXI:
Taxi and Uber drop offs/collections are permitted and occur at the event gate end of the parking fields. Please don’t drop off or pick up along Great Northern Highway.
BUSES:
This event is not running dedicated event buses to and from Perth Metro locations.
Transperth buses operate along Great Northern Highway to and From Midland Route 310 and Bullsbrook Route 311.

FOOD & BEVERAGE:
There will be food vendors on site and bars operating for your food and beverage needs. Patrons are not permitted to bring food, beverages, hampers, eskies or picnic baskets into the venue, and will be required to leave at the gate prior to entry.
Can I bring in sealed bottles of water?
No, but we do have a free water station available. You may bring an empty container to fill if you want to.
SEATING & CHAIRS:
The Belvoir Amphitheatre is a grass terraced auditorium. You may bring a small cushion for comfort (no larger than 50 by 50cm) however we do not allow chairs into the venue!
*For this event blankets are also permitted.
WEATHER:
Belvoir is an outdoors venue so come prepared for the natures natural elements

EVENT ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
THIS IS A LICENSED 18+ EVENT.
UNDER 18s POLICY: Patrons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and hold a valid ticket. Parents or Legal guardians accompanying patrons under the age of 18, must sign a Responsibility Waiver Form upon entry. Patrons under the age of 18 are to remain in the presence of the responsible parent /legal guardians at all times.
CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 12 ARE NOT PERMITTED
The Parent or Legal Guardian must be prepared to sign a Venue Indemnity Form, whereby the Parent/Legal Guardian accepts total responsibility for the minor prior to entry, and if the minor is found to have acquired any form of alcohol or illegal substances, the Parent / Legal Guardian is fully responsible for any fines and/or charges placed on the Venue, the Licensee & The Promoter.
Upon completing the Venue Indemnity Form, the Parent/Legal guardian taking responsibility for the minor entering a licensed premises, must have an accepted form of identification sighted, proofed, signed & witnessed at our box office on site at Belvoir, before entry to the venue:
Accepted forms of identification are:
1. Drivers License
2. Current residing address
3. Medicare Card
A copy of the Minor Indemnity form will be available from security at the event entry gate, for completion and signature prior to entry accompanying a minor.
ENTRY IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR ENTRY
OVER 18
Yes, you will need to bring CURRENT and VALID PHOTO ID to Belvoir Amphitheatre. For any 18+ attendees, please bring one of the below:
• Australian Drivers Licence
• Passport
• State issued Proof of Age Card or equivalent issued in an Australian state.
NOTE: Birth certificates, photos or photocopies of ID cannot be accepted under any circumstances.

Yes, you will need to bring CURRENT and VALID ID to Belvoir Amphitheatre. For any under 18 attendees with a Parent/Legal Guardian aged between 12 and 18, please bring one of the below:
• School ID Card
• Library Card
• Bus Pass
PASSOUTS:
Pass outs at are not permitted at Belvoir Amphitheatre.
BOX OFFICE TICKETS:
Tickets will be available for purchase at the venue Box Office if not sold out. Check the Frontier Touring website page to see if there are tickets still available.
