Mummas Circle

Mummas Circle Mummas Circle is a warm, inclusive community created to support, uplift, and connect mums . When I became a mum 17 years ago, I didn’t have a support network.

We offer welcoming mums groups, beautiful events, and a safe space to find your village, share real conversations, and feel truly seen and supported. I’m Rashelle Leahy, first and foremost a proud mum to three gorgeous girls who keep me grounded, inspired, and always on my toes. Motherhood has been my greatest teacher, shaping not only who I am but how I show up in the world. That experience lit a fire in me. I learned firsthand how deeply mothers need connection, community, and a safe space to just be. It’s why I’m so passionate about creating places where mums can find their village with real support, real conversations, and a community that helps them not only survive but truly thrive. Supporting mums has become one of the greatest joys of my life. Whether it’s through group sessions, events, workshops, or simply holding space for honest conversations, I love helping women feel seen, understood, and part of something bigger. Watching mums arrive unsure and leave feeling lighter, more confident, and more connected is a privilege I never take for granted. Life has taken me all over, including living in Melbourne and Dubai, and those experiences have shaped my love for diversity, connection, and seeing the world from a wider, more global perspective. I love connecting with women in all stages of life and meeting new people every day. I’m obsessed with travel, holistic health and wellness, personal and professional development, and my two cheeky sausage dogs who think they run the place. And at any event, social or professional, you’ll probably find me holding someone’s baby. It’s my happy place.

Sometimes connection doesn’t need to be complicated. 🤍

In our conversation with Naomi from Baby Love Massage & Spa, she shared something so simple: hold their little feet.

When your baby is unsettled, when the day feels overwhelming, or when you simply want a moment to reconnect, gently holding their feet can become a beautiful pause.

A moment to slow down.
To be present.
To connect through touch.

It’s these small, everyday moments that can mean so much in motherhood.

Naomi shares more about the power of nurturing touch, baby massage and connection in her conversation on the Inside Mummas Circle podcast. 🎙️

Because sometimes, the simplest things are the ones we remember most. 🤍

She Googled “ADHD symptoms in women” one night while rocking her daughter to sleep... and hit every single point on the list. 😳

Alice always thought she was just an anxious person. Turns out there was a lot more going on underneath.

🎧 Her full ADHD diagnosis story, the messages that made her question it, the masking she didn’t even realise she was doing, and what changed once she finally got answers, is live now. Link in bio.

You’re not just watching them grow. 🤍

You’re growing too.

Into motherhood. Into a new version of yourself. Into a love and a life you’re still learning every day.

And somewhere along the way, having other mums beside you makes all the difference.

Because every mum deserves a village. 🤍

Pregnancy can be exciting, beautiful, overwhelming… and sometimes a little lonely too. 🤍

Mumma Meets is a space where you can simply come as you are.

Grab a coffee. Sit with women who are in a similar season. Talk about the exciting things, the worries, the million questions running through your head, or just enjoy being around people who get it.

We want you to walk away feeling more connected, more supported and a little less alone as you prepare for motherhood.

At our upcoming Mumma Meets, we’ll also be joined by the beautiful Jess from Nurturing Haven, a perinatal psychologist and mum of two.

Jess understands just how big the emotional transition into motherhood can be, and she’ll be there as part of the conversation, creating space for honest chats, questions and everything that comes with preparing to become a mum.

No pressure. No judgement. No expectations.

Just coffee, conversation and the opportunity to start finding your village before your baby even arrives. 🤍

She became a mum as a teenager. But that was only the beginning of her story. 🤍

Mel went on to attend university, build a life for herself and her family, and eventually turn her own lived experience into something that now supports so many other young and vulnerable mums.

In our next episode of Inside Mummas Circle, Mel shares what it was really like navigating pregnancy and motherhood at such a young age, the challenges and judgement she faced, and the journey that followed.

From teenage mum… to university… to building a charity dedicated to helping other mums who need someone in their corner.

It’s a beautiful reminder that becoming a mum young doesn’t define what you’re capable of.

🎙️ Mel’s story is coming next on Inside Mummas Circle.

I can’t wait for you to hear this one. 🤍
