Australian Buffalo Wing Festival The Australian Buffalo Wing Festival is again coming to Brisbane and surrounds in its 8th year this August/September 2022.

Like our page and check back often for regular updates. The Australian Buffalo Wing Festival will be showcasing Australia's take on the American favourite, Buffalo Wings. Some of Australia's best bars and restaurants are pairing their unique creations alongside a great range of craft beers. With wing baskets sized for tasting, you'll get to experience plenty of the different flavours that will be on offer.

Thank you Townsville for welcoming the Australian Buffalo Wing Festival last week! What a week it was, with plenty of people out and about doing "wing crawls" and enjoying all things wings and beer!

Congratulations to Corey Nash for being the first person to visit all the participating venues in Townsville and sending through all the photos - this prize pack is all yours!

All you've got to do is send us pics of all the wing joints you've enjoyed throughout the Australian Buffalo Wing Festival. We know you've got pics (who wouldn't, right?!) Simply drop your fave pics in the comments below, and at the end of the festival we'll pick our favourites from Facebook and Insta. We might send you a keyring, we might send you heaps! West End Hotel, Townsville is participating in Townsville's first Australian Buffalo Wing Festival for 2022!

Not only has the West End Hotel undergone some serious renovations, they have just released a brand new menu that you'll have to check out! But obviously we were there for one thing and one thing only..... WINGS!!! 🐔🤤
The chefs have been busy coming up with some exclusive goodies for the festival and boy did we get excited when they told us what they've come up with!
For wing week of the Australian Buffalo Wing Festival in Townsville, the West End Hotel will be serving up what will be dubbed the "Wingman Special" which consists of 1/2 a kilo of their Buffalo style wings PLUS a schooner of Balter beer for just $20!!
Their buffalo sauce has the perfect addition of butter and honey to create such a smooth flavour that leads us onto the next part... they have gone to some extensive lengths to pair their wings specifically with the Balter beer, and we can confirm they have nailed the combo bang on! Oh, and included in their "Wingman Special" for the festival, they will be offering a choice of 3 dipping sauces to go with the wings - one of them being their Carolina Gold dipping sauce which we were lucky to try while there, plus 2 others that are being released at the beginning of the festival. So you'll need to make your way down to the West End Hotel to take advantage of this and other deals during wing week exclusively for the Australian Buffalo Wing Festival in Townsville, September 12th to the 18th 2022 🐔🍻🔥😍

Overlooking the Marina on Palmer Street with the iconic backdrop of Castle Hill is where you will find this official participating venue for the Australian Buffalo Wing Festival!
Their restaurant has reopened to the public late last year, and they have just released a brand-new menu. A standout section on said menu is their range of wings… and when we say range, they boast 12 flavours of succulent wings! Yes, you read that right! We’re pretty sure that is the largest variety of wings on offer in town! With Buffalo & Blue Cheese, Garlic Parmesan & Nashville Extreme Hot just to name a few of them, you will have to venture down the far end of Palmer Street to see the full range for yourselves. The Metropole Hotel where very keen to a part of the very first Australian Buffalo Wing Festival in Townsville and likewise we were glad they came on board! For the week of the Festival, The Metropole will be offering an exclusive deal of 1/2 a kilo of wings PLUS a Great Northern, all for $20! The Brewery Townsville is participating in Townsville's first Australian Buffalo Wing Festival for 2022!

The crew at the Brewery have come on board with wing week in Townsville for the Australian Buffalo Wing Festival 2022 and have gotten us all excited with talks of possibly 2 exclusive new flavours just for the Festival - more on that to follow! 🤞🤤

We were lucky enough to try their buffalo style wings leading up to the start of the festival and wow, they have done a wicked twist on the Frank’s RedHot sauce base! Added spices and some other secrets give a very nice after heat taste!

For the week of the Australian Buffalo Wing Festival in Townsville, The Brewery will be offering 4 full-jointed wings PLUS a schooner for $15!
