Born in Belgrave, VIC, Killik Handcrafted Rum is a family run distillery that aims to fill the void of great Australian rum.

Killik rums utilize a wild ferment to create a high ester characteristic known as “hogo” in the rum scene. Killik is the first dedicated rum distillery to commit to this traditionally Jamaican style of rum making.
