Free shows...

The 3rd years are presenting their devising theatre pieces this week. Tonight on MG in Theatre 1.29 and Wednesday night on Gold Coast in G07. Please feel free to come and support our 3rd years who have been working very hard to get these show up and running prior to the Christmas break. Both shows start at 6.30.

There is a performance production assessment for the new course Performing Ecologies tomorrow evening at 6.00pm in Theatre 1.29. Its an experimental research performance that sees the performers responding to research and theatre making processes around ecology, environment and climate change. All Welcome.

I am putting together a collation of images from previous shows you have done to provide an online example of what sort of work students might expect to participate in in the new Drama Major in Humanities. This compilation is for the Griffith Drama Major website. Can you email me if you don't want images of you included from any of the shows you have done. Great opportunity for young First Nations creatives!

as part of our residency program 'remake - regenerate - reclaim' we are teaming up with Backbone to provide an opportunity for a team of young Indigenous creatives to facilitate their own festival or event series at Backbone’s East Brisbane Bowls Club venue the weekend of 1st to 4th May 2020.

We will provide mentoring, producing support and a pretty awesome budget! You need to provide the deadly ideas and bring them to life!
