That’s a wrap on Saturday at the Australian Backcountry Festival!

Yesterday was packed with incredible tours and workshops - from navigation basics and backcountry first aid to avalanche deep dives. We even had a backcountry dessert‑making session outside! 🍰

Heather Swan, world record holding adventurer, sharing stories of adventure, lessons for life and asking what becomes possible when fear no longer leads?
Eric Philips OAM, polar explorer and astronaut sharing tales of his truly unique life from trekking more than 10,000 polar km to spending 4 days in space as the first person to orbit under the Australian flag.
