3 nights, 13 women, 12 meals and a whole lot of fun!

This week, I’ve swapped Melbourne for Queensland, taking on the role of private chef for a women’s retreat with Em & Laura | My Mummy Australia ®

And what an adventure!

Imagine heading interstate to cook for a group of women you’ve never met, not knowing exactly what dietary requirements you’ll be catering for, what kitchen equipment you’ll have to work with or what ingredients you’ll be able to source locally.

Sounds like a chef’s dream, right?

But that’s all part of the fun! A little creativity, a lot of experience and the ability to relax, adapt and go with the flow.

We’re now starting Day 2, with lots of fun things planned to bake and create!

And how does each day begin?

With a beautiful morning walk through the forest from our staff quarters to the main house, ready for another day of cooking, baking, connection and creating memorable food experiences.

Different kitchen, different surroundings, same passion for bringing people together through food.
