It was with great pleasure that The Springvale Cup was able to present to the Forbes Rugby Union Club the very generous donation by Axellerate Sports of a one of a kind, Fijian World Sevens Rugby jersey signed by members of the team that competed in the 2023 Rugby world Cup. They also donated $500 to the club for training apparel of their choice - a great way to start the season!

Did you know that last year was the first time the Cup had joint winners in any division? The joint champions of the Golden Oldies Division in the 2023 The Springvale Cup were Bathurst Old Boys Rugby and Southern Rough Riders Rugby Team and thanks to our fantastic partner, Grant's Trophies & Engraving, we are able to present both teams with their individually engraved trophies! Now that the two Cups are on their way to their new respective homes, please join me in congratulating them again for their outstanding performance in 2023. I am sure they will be back to contest the Cup again this year, and rise to even greater glory! 🏉😁👍
