Ok, this one is a bit different. Innovation, originality, expertise & excellence are often words thrown around but they pretty much sum up Greg Barton, who leads Epic’s design - of ALL products, from the ground up.
His achievements on the water are known far and wide, not many people can boast two gold Olympic medals, numerous world championships and titles around the world, but off the water many people don’t really get an insight into his knowledge and expertise. To be frank, he isn’t that sort of person to self promote. However, with the core team at Epic who are behind the scenes, Greg has taught me a heck of a lot over the years in the world of boat design. It really is a pleasure to talk to him about it.
