5 Basic Steps to standing up on a big foam board.
1) lie down with your hands on the rail directly inline with your shoulders hands on the rail. 2) push your body up with your feet on your toes. 3) bring your front foot into your chest keeping your hands on the rail. 4) stand up and let go of your hands on the rail at the same time twist your front foot sideways and point your toes towards the toe rail. 5) Bring your back foot forward slightly have your front arm out from your knee and your back arm hand flat out from the middle of your chest. It doesn’t matter what level you are this is still the most consistent way to stand up on a longer board. 🤙🏾

Floods, non stop rain, dirty beaches, dangerous conditions, covi you name it has tried to stop me this year. I won’t stop teaching people to surf! Especially on a morning like this!
