A biennial celebration blending music, art, nature, and food to connect locals and visitors across the regional areas of Ballan, Bacchus Marsh, Blackwood and Gordon. Delivered biennially, Hide + Seek Festival (HSF) is a platform event showcasing Moorabool Shire’s unique townships and their Arts, Culture and Agricultural experiences. Moorabool Shire is just 45 minutes drive north west from the CBD
of Melbourne and boasts many amazing musical artists and venues as well as grand landscapes, dense forests, spectacular gorges, quaint old gold mining towns and a deep and rich history through the Wadawurrung and the Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung of the Kulin Nations. The 2024 event will be held on 2 - 10 November, across the regional towns of Blackwood, Gordon, Bacchus Marsh and Ballan. Wander through old gold mining towns and listen to some bluegrass, indie folk, rockabilly, blues and pop music inside venues ranging from an antique store to a bowling club to a caravan to a church to a hat shop.
