BOARDING & OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION!

Hey hey Cabaravers! As we approach the big day, it is timely to provide you with some finer details to ensure we all have a spectacular evening!

Please read both the flyer and this information carefully!

MEETING LOCATION:
Whitsundays Sailing Club, 11 Ocean Rd, Airlie Beach

Mandalay Cruises have secured the Whitsundays Sailing club as our boarding location which will be an easier location for most people to get to than Shute Harbour as previously indicated. The sailing club will also have refreshments available whilst you wait to board!

MEETING/BOARDING TIMES:
Please arrive at 6.30pm in preparation for boarding at 7pm. This will ensure the event commences at 7.30pm.

Please note that if you’re late, you’ll unfortunately miss the boat. (Literally, no pun intended!)

The cruise boat is run and managed by Mandalay Cruises, and boarding to the cruise vessel will be conducted via small groups in tenders (smaller vessels).

Please ensure appropriate footware (no high heels etc) as you will have some small steps to ascend & descend on the cruise vessel.

LICENSED BAR:
There is a licensed bar on board so you can purchase alcoholic and non-alcoholic refreshments. Over the counter snacks are available but no meals, so we encourage you to eat beforehand so you can enjoy your Cabarave with all the nourishment you need!

SPACE:
Not only the final frontier, but we have capped ticket sales at 100 people plus crew to ensure there is room for our spectacular performers to actually perform. Please be conscious of the space required for them to perform and move when necessary (you'll be guided to at the time, but just a friendly heads up).

TICKETS:
Please have your tickets ready to be scanned on your phone, with your phone brightness turned up.

There are a small handful left if there's any of your mates feeling fomo and would like to jump on board!

We can't wait to see you all again, and we really hope you enjoy the event as much as we enjoy sharing it with you.
